Yes. The house will be ready for your arrival, so the bedding will be set up, and you’ll also find bath towels and kitchen towels.

A final cleaning is included in the price.
Upon prior request, we can arrange for housekeeping services during your stay for an additional fee.

We offer parking spaces in an easily accessible underground parking garage (€25 per 24 hours), subject to availability and by prior reservation.
In addition, public parking in Amboise is paid via the EasyPark app.
Finally, you’ll find free parking at the entrance to the city, subject to availability.

Each house is equipped with a Nespresso machine. A few capsules are provided.

It is entirely possible to rent the entire property for a group of up to 10 people, who will be accommodated in both houses (3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the guesthouse, for a total of 3 bathrooms).
The two houses will be connected by a private courtyard.

There are many bike rental shops nearby, such as LOIRE BIKE, which is located just a short distance away and offers bike storage during your stay.

The house is located in the historic center of Amboise, a two-minute walk from the Royal Castle and a 10-minute walk from the Château du Clos Lucé. The Loire River flows just 50 meters away, making it the perfect spot for nature walks and relaxing at the Guinguette on sunny days.

Our two houses share a quiet, tree-lined courtyard. Each house has its own private area with a table and chairs for use during nice weather. When we have family gatherings involving both houses, we rearrange the courtyard so that everyone can use it together.

The train station is 2 kilometers away. It takes about 5 minutes by taxi and 10–15 minutes on foot.

Upon prior request, we will be happy to provide a baby crib free of charge.
